Comida y Vida

Before things of the essence fly past our generation, it's best we write them down. From food, to heritage to culture, there's so much more to life! Food for the tummy, food for the soul :)

Chinatown Chow

Last Sunday, my class in Cultural Heritage had its annual trip around the historic quarters of Manila. We had lunch in a Chinese restaurant in Binondo called “Ying Ying”. Don’t ask me but it’s name, uhm, just sounds…. appropriate?

Anyway, this was what I had: Beef brisket noodles with chicken feet dimsum.
Yum Yum YUM! I added lots of chili to this :)
